Prices
To avoid any hidden surprises all prices shown on anvil-trading.com include V.A.T. at the current rate of 17.50%, with the exception of zero rated items such as Hard Hats which are clearly marked.
All orders will be supplied with a full tax invoice showing V.A.T. paid.
Special Order Items
We are happy to supply items ordered specifically to customer special requirements.
In this case the price, delivery cost and expected delivery will be confirmed by us and the order must be paid for before dispatch.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards; payments are handled via our secure payment processing partner WorldPay or if you prefer we have recently added PayPal.
Delivery
- Our aim is to dispatch all orders placed by 1pm the sameday.
For UK Mainland addresses we offer a selection of delivery options, please take care to choose your preferred option at the time of ordering.
We have introduced a First Class Post option, please select this only on orders under £10.00, as this is to help make small purchases viable.

Should you wish us to supply outside the UK Mainland, please contact us with your requirements.
Returns
You are welcome to return your purchase within 30 days, should you change your mind or are not happy for any reason.
All returned items will be refunded only if received by anvil-trading unused, in the original packaging and with the carriage paid by the sender.
The amount refunded will be for the returned item only and will exclude any delivery charges that were incurred during the original order.
Out of Stock Items
Don't worry if you pick something we don't have at the moment, we will not hold up the rest of your order. All the in stock items you have chosen will be sent out as normal and the outstanding item will follow as soon as it is back in stock.
We will advise you via e-mail when the out of stock item has been dispatched.
Packaging
Ensuring safe delivery of your item is very important to us and every order is packed with great care. Where possible, we try to use recycled boxes and other packaging materials during the packaging process.
